Inclusive gentrification, what does that mean to me?
I am now aware of the many facettes of gentrification, the influence and also the certain power the artists have in the process of it, as well as the positive and negative results that arise in such change.

To me, it is important to find a personal connection. I think that communication between individuals is very interesting, and I want to achieve that within this project as well. Gentrification is basically the 'big guys' against the inhabitants that don't have a lot of say in this process. Here the 'Powerplay' kicks in. I want to make it 1 vs 1 whereas it's now one group against another, less important group.

The questions I want to ask myself during this process are:
Sources
Home
Desk Research
Field Research
- What can we do to involve everyone
- How do I/ the inhabitants describe/summarize their neighborhood
- What can we do to better the experience of current inhabitants
- How is it fair that the current inhabitants have to change their image, to still be relevant
- What could it lead to if THE OTHERS would step in eachother's positions
